for several area burglaries.

On 5-14-09 Deputies were called to the Larrabee Storage Units at 6146 E
1050TH Ave. in reference to some of the storage units being broken
into. Sometime between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. on the 13th someone cut the
locks off of fourteen storage units. The following items were known to
have been taken: a Blue 1990 Honda TRX300FW 4-wheeler, Sears table saw,
Sears cut off saw, Sony movie camera with all attachments, approx.
fifteen boxes filled with clothing and hardware, black Fisher Stereo
system with 10 disc cd changer.

On 5-10-09 Deputies were called to the Bible Chapel Church on 950TH
avenue to investigate a burglary. Someone entered the church between
11:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on this date. Entry was made through a back
door, which the window was busted, and the doorknob broken off. The
church was ransacked and the following items were missing, a Radio
Shack Wireless Lapel Microphone, a Hamilton Beach Electric Automatic
Oven Roaster, a Xinjie Ceramic Decorative Angel, a New Box of Heavy
Duty Drum Liners, a Partial Box of Capri-Sun Juice Drinks and a New Box
of Yoo-Hoo Chocolate Drinks. SOLVED

On 5-8-09 CCSD Deputies were called to the Arvin Motel Storage Units on
outer East Main Street, Robinson to investigate a burglary. Three
storage units had locks cut off of them and at least a Sanyo 19"
colored television, a yellow/red Yamaha Acoustic Guitar with a Gibson
Case, an old Hewlett Packard Armada Laptop Computer, a bag of assorted
foreign coins, a bag of coins dating from 1940’s to 2009 were reported
missing.

At 8:15 p.m., Roger Martin owner of storage units East of Oblong
reported that three storage units had the locks cut on them and as of
now it is only known that a Hewlett-Packard Photosmart Printer and two
100-foot sections of 8/3 220-volt electrical extension cords were
taken.

answer its toll-free tips line (1-888-596-STOP) 24 hours a day, 365
days a year, taking completely anonymous tips on any criminal activity.
(If you witness a crime in progress, you should call 911). Your
information will be taken in strictest confidence. Anonymity is
protected and you never have to give your name. You remain anonymous
and there is no fear of retaliation. It is not necessary to testify in
court. You will be given a code number. This should be kept to yourself
in order to remain anonymous. After several weeks, call CrimeStoppers
back, giving your confidential tip code number and you will receive an
update on the status of the investigation.
Tips that
lead to the arrest of suspects are eligible for cash rewards of up to
$1,000.00, which are paid to tipsters on an anonymous basis.
